Due to the nature of this product and how each and every product is a custom printed product, we DO NOT offer returns. If something on your print doesn't look correct, we will work it out through email via orders@americadtfco.com. We will offer a re-print.

As long as your artwork it print-ready, your order will be printed within 24H I. fter that, we package your order and hand it over to the beautiful people at UPS! It is officially out of our hands then. The shipping times displayed at checkout are estimated shipping times. 99% they are true to date and time but sometimes, it varies depending on the time of year and the shipping hub. We do our best to give UPS ample time to sort your orders and get them moving.

We PREFER vector artwork such as AI or PDF. But we can accept PNG with a transparent background and at least 300 DPI. If you need graphic design or artwork help services, please checkout the graphic design or artwork help page for info! We will not print without a warning or email to you about your artwork issues.
